Extended Warranty Eligibility
Extended Warranty Eligibility 15-month extended warranty is applicable only for batteries registered through the Century Care App within 1 month from the purchase date, as stated on the official purchase receipt.
- Registration within 1 month from purchase date → Eligible for 15-month warranty
- Registration after 1 month from purchase date → Not eligible for extended warranty → Covered under standard 12-month warranty only.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date, not the registration date
