It takes a longer time to get the engine started. Once you get your car started, everything may seem fine because your car is running like normal. You smell something like rotten eggs. This is a sign that your car battery may be frozen, overcharged, or shorted internally.
e. Old age. Car batteries have a maximum lifespan of about 3 years. So once you hit the 2 year mark, get your battery tested.
